Boston Link is currently working with a well established iGaming company who are looking to appoint a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their growing Compliance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional with strong knowledge of the Italian ADM regulatory framework to join an international organisation operating across multiple regulated markets.
 
The Role:
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on operations
- Support compliance reviews across customer journeys, products, promotions and terms and conditions
- Maintain compliance calendars and track regulatory reporting, licence obligations and deadlines
- Support regulatory reporting, audits and gap analyses
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, Development, QA and operational teams
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory correspondence, decisions and supporting evidence
 
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak fluent Italian.
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related role
- Strong practical knowledge of Italian ADM requirements
- Previous iGaming experience is highly desirable
- Experience working across multiple regulated markets would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
