Commercial Lawyer
Location: Malta / Onsite
Up to €75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
 
I am currently working with a well known and established global iGaming business that is looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer to join its established in house Legal team in Malta.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including software licences, gaming licences and service agreements.
- Manage contract negotiations and liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Advise on commercial contracts, third party terms and general legal matters.
- Identify legal risks and support the development of internal legal processes and procedures.
- Assist with legal projects, contract precedents and training across the business.
- Work closely with Senior Counsel on day to day commercial matters.
 
Requirements
- Qualified advocate or lawyer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting or technology would be an advantage but is not
essential.
