Introduction:
 
Our client, a Swiss-based online casino operator is now looking for a native German Speaker to join its growing team. Launched in early 2020, the company has successfully carved a niche in the regulated Swiss online casino market.
 
The companies dynamic team of 17, based in one of most sunning scenic locations in Switzerland, oversees various domains including Customer Support, Fraud & Risk, Payments, Responsible Gaming, AML, and IT.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle customer inquiries via email (50%), live chat (40%), and telephone (10%);
  • Perform KYC related tasks;
  • Review and approve withdrawal requests;
  • Provide process improvement feedback to the Head of Customer Support and Senior Customer Support;
  • Assist our content team in creating/translating e-mail templates;
  • Participate in training for professional skill enhancement;
  • Coordinate with various departments for complex customer inquiries;
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our online casino platform;
  • Onboard and mentor new Customer Support team members;
  • Assist our marketing team in managing social media channels;
  • Create tickets with game suppliers and payment providers.
 
Candidate profile:
 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in the iGaming industry (finance, e-commerce, or crypto industries also considered);
  • Fluent in English and German (native or near-native proficiency in German). Proficiency in other Swiss national languages is a plus;
  • Willingness to relocate to Switzerland permanently;
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Clean criminal record and no unpaid debts.
