Key responsibilities include:- Responding to emails, live chats, and social media interactions.
- Monitoring and maintaining risk triggers in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborating closely with various teams including Safer Gambling, Compliance, Marketing, and CRM to address customer concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
