Boston Link, on behalf of a prominent client in the iGaming industry, is actively seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in affiliate marketing to join an innovative and dynamic team.
  
What You Will Do:
  • Take ownership of the performance of the Affiliate Marketing channel, including monthly budget management and comprehensive reporting on key KPIs in specified GEOs.
  • Ensure all affiliate materials, such as campaigns, bonus offers, and links, are consistently up-to-date. Guarantee that affiliate websites are promoting the client's offerings in a compelling and compatible manner.
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly promotion calendars to drive affiliate engagement and performance.
  • Take charge of the current affiliate platform (NetRefer) and implement and test new partners using S2S, Pixels, and GTM.
  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with major affiliates, cultivating strong, long-lasting partnerships. Manage current affiliate networks and actively recruit new partners.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver captivating landing pages and creative assets to long-tail partners.
  • Optimize the customer journey to align with CRM communications and lifecycle stages. Conduct performance analysis of the affiliate channel using different attribution models and optimize the channel accordingly.
  
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience working in affiliate marketing.
  • Digital salesperson passionate about working with affiliates and associations.
  • Solid analytical and self-sufficient profile, capable of adapting quickly to changes.
  • Strong knowledge of pixel implementation and code management.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with reports and data analytics, especially knowledge of Power BI and/or Data Studio.
  • Team player, able to work with multiple business units and stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Solid communication skills in written and spoken English.
  
It Is a Big Bonus if You Have:
  • Experience using planning tools (Jira – Asana – Trello), with agile experience being advantageous.
  • Academic training in Digital Marketing and Mobile Marketing.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with social media networks and trends.
  • Good understanding of other Digital Marketing channels (Acquisition and Retention).
  • Customer-centric mindset; think and act with the customer in mind.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the online gaming market, products, and customers.
