Senior Casino Executive

• 2+ years of iGaming CRM experience, preferably in casino.

Job Summary:

Our client seeks a driven Senior CRM Casino Executive with 2+ years of iGaming CRM experience for their Malta office. Responsible for developing and executing tailored CRM strategies for the casino vertical, focusing on the Belgian market. Key duties include crafting communication strategies, optimizing player engagement, and driving retention and satisfaction through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term CRM strategies for the casino vertical;
• Collaborate with CRM Operational Executive(s) for timely execution;
• Devise communication strategies across all CRM channels;
• Maintain and optimize lifecycle management tools;
• Support operational execution and campaign implementation;
• Conduct customer insight research with the BI team;
• Efficiently deploy promotion budgets and analyze campaign performance;
• Conduct regular A/B testing and oversee campaign copywriting;
• Maintain relationships with game providers for promotions;
• Oversee performance report delivery and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience with CRM platforms like XtremePush and Optimove;
• Proficiency in French or Dutch is an asset;
• Fluent in written and verbal English with CRM campaign copywriting experience;
• Minimum 2 years of iGaming CRM experience, preferably in casino;
• Strong understanding of casino and live casino, especially in the Belgian market;
• Proficient in CRM tools and analytics platforms;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
• Proven track record of successful CRM strategy implementation;
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
