Our client, established in 2012, has been at the forefront of iGaming industry innovation.

In the role of Campaign Specialist, you will report to the Conversion and Retention Manager (Global) and be responsible for executing global campaigns for Casino, Live Casino, and Sports products in local markets. This involves working closely with the local market Managing Director to ensure alignment with market needs.

We are currently seeking 3 Campaign Specialists, each focusing on one of the following markets: Canada (&ROW), UK, and Nordics (Finnish).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Localising the global calendar;
  • Detailed briefing on local campaigns;
  • Analysing local campaign performance;
  • Conducting market/competitor analysis;
  • Developing and managing a central commercial strategy;
  • Ensuring adaptability of the strategy for local markets;
  • Optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
  • Ideating campaign concepts;
  • Monitoring overall campaign performance;
  • Conducting briefings for local campaigns;
  • Managing the execution process of campaigns;
  • Developing and executing customer retention strategies;
  • Leveraging integrated campaign tools and tech for efficient CRM marketing;
  • Designing and executing comprehensive campaigns, including bonuses and ROI analysis;
  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence for a data-driven approach.
  • Ensuring campaign quality and proofreading;
  • Monitoring competitors' CRM activities and reporting findings;
  • Bringing fresh ideas to enhance client engagement;
  • Overseeing key database metrics and proposing improvements;
  • Following established Central processes and suggesting refinements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar positions;
  • Marketing or business degree is a pluss
  • Proficient in written and spoken Englishs
  • Local market knowledge (Spain, Canada, UK, Nordics)s
  • Minimum 2 years of CRM or online/multi-channel marketing experiences
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with budget management experience.
