Our client, operating in the Payments Industry offering cutting edge payment getaway solutions to their clients, is looking to hire an experienced
Head of Product to lead their product development efforts and drive their product strategic direction. The company has been one of the most established and successful in the industry with offices in London, Limassol and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing product roadmaps and executing initiatives to enhance the platform’s features and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact;
- Lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design and other teams to execute on product initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget;
- Drive product innovation by exploring new technologies, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion;
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field;
- 8+ years of product management experience in the payments industry or related field;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals;
- Deep understanding of payment technologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions;
- Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
