As the Product Owner for Software - System Configuration, your role encompasses leading the technical onboarding, lifecycle management, and optimisation of third-party software systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align with business goals and user needs.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading the technical onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management of all third-party tools, acting as the main technical liaison;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide technical insights and support for end-to-end product management;
  • Overseeing the development and configuration of third-party software systems to ensure high quality and functionality;
  • Eliciting, analysing, prioritising, and communicating technical requirements;
  • Providing support for production troubleshooting to maintain product integrity;
  • Actively implementing changes and improvements for third-party software systems, aligned with business goals and user needs;
  • Managing backlog, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication as a Technical Product Owner;
  • Representing technical solutions to distribution partners to ensure high-quality integrations;
  • Coordinating with third-party platform providers to implement new features within agile timelines;
  • Managing technical documentation for both partner-facing and internal applications and APIs;
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, enhancing onboarding processes, integration workflows, and platform performance;
  • Proactively identifying and addressing challenges during onboarding and integration processes to minimise disruption;
  • Managing and training the Product Team to enhance overall product delivery.
Your Profile:
  • Preferred qualifications include a relevant academic Degree, preferably in Technology or Business;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required;
  • Prior experience in the gaming industry is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential;
  • Experience with agile and remote development teams is necessary;
  • Comfortable navigating technical and commercial aspects of an organisation;
  • Strong problem-solving skills to dissect complex issues;
  • Excellent decision-making ability, weighing risk against potential gain;
  • A team player adept at fostering positive relationships across departments.
