Our client is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team, leading the acquisition of new team members for the company and becoming a cornerstone of their success story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-house recruiting activities, driving the acquisition of top talent to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define comprehensive job profiles tailored to specific requirements.
  • Manage talent pipeline and oversee the setup and maintenance of a dynamic talent database.
  • Conduct initial suitability screenings of potential candidates to assess alignment with company values and requirements.
  • Liaise with external recruiting agencies to effectively communicate open positions and identify suitable candidates.
  • Spearhead the acquisition of new influencers, while nurturing relationships with existing members to enhance team cohesion and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the recruitment domain.
  • Profound understanding of recruitment processes, encompassing effective sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Proven ability to identify recruitment challenges and devise innovative solutions to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling compelling presentation of the company and open positions to prospective candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload within a dynamic, fast-paced recruitment environment.
