Overview:

Our client is currently in search of a proficient and seasoned HR Administrator to join their esteemed team. The HR Administrator will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust comprehension of HR practices, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and exhibit a genuine affinity for engaging with diverse individuals and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Employee Records: Diligently update and manage employee files, including personal data, benefits enrollment, and pertinent information.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide valuable assistance throughout the recruitment process, encompassing job posting, interview scheduling, background checks, and facilitation of job offers.
  • Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the Benefits Expert to facilitate benefits administration tasks as needed, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee inquiries regarding company benefits.
  • Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with requisite tools and resources for a seamless transition, and conduct comprehensive new employee orientations.
  • Payroll Processing: Offer general support in payroll processing activities and ensure timely communication of any salary adjustments to the finance department.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Assist in upholding compliance with pertinent federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including addressing inquiries, aiding in conflict resolution, and conducting exit interviews.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update the company's HR Information System with accurate employee data.
  • General Administrative Support: Extend support across various administrative functions within the company, including participation in ad hoc projects as needed.
Personal Qualifications:
  • Highly organized with a passion for HR and a penchant for interpersonal engagement.
  • Adept critical thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Versatile and adaptable, demonstrating flexibility in approach and problem-solving.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations in the USA.
  • HR certification or degree is preferred.
