Role Overview:

In this dynamic role, you'll be a strategic partner, closely collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with the Group's objectives. Acting as a bridge between HR and the organization, your focus will be on delivering HR solutions to support business goals and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support strategic growth.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Offer HR expertise and coaching in Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Retention.
  • Act as a Change Agent and Strategic Partner in diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence and engagement.
  • Develop, review, implement, and update internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement career and personal development plans for staff.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
  • Excellent judgment, sensitivity, and experience in a culturally diverse setting.
  • Enthusiasm for the big picture and openness to alternative working methods.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
