Boston Link is recruiting on behalf of a Fintech client in Cyprus for a strategic Head of Content to join them in Cyprus. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the content strategy across various platforms and channels. The successful candidate will blend creative flair with strategic acumen to produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the content strategy to support marketing, branding, and business goals.
• Lead and manage the content team, overseeing content creation, distribution, and optimization across multiple channels.
• Contribute hands-on in content creation for various channels.
• Collaborate with product and other teams to create compelling content highlighting platform features and benefits.
• Establish content KPIs and measure performance against company goals, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Stay updated on content trends, financial market developments, and competitive landscape.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate with stakeholders for effective content production and dissemination.
• Oversee the content budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of content creation or strategy experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media best practices.
• Analytical skills to gauge content effectiveness and pivot strategy as needed.
