Boston Link is representing a client in Cyprus, seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to bolster and expand their affiliate networks as they continue to grow globally. This role demands strategic planning, partner management, and performance optimization to develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new partners and optimize affiliate performance.
• Identify and recruit affiliates and strategic partners aligned with brand and business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates and networks.
• Ensure affiliate practices comply with legal guidelines and company policies.
• Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness and report on ROI to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create tools and campaigns supporting affiliate programs.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and apply best practices to enhance program success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate team, setting clear goals and benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of affiliate marketing experience, with a track record in a management role within fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environment affecting affiliate practices.
