Group Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with the CMO to bring the company's marketing vision to life. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, comprising project managers and Heads of various marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the CMO to refine and implement the marketing strategy in line with company goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of strategies and projects.
- Oversee Heads of Marketing to ensure cohesion across various functions like Acquisition, Social, PR, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Analytics.
- Monitor progress against marketing goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Manage cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Mentor and coach team members, facilitating their skill development and career growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in senior management.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies in fintech or technology-driven sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
