Join our client, a leading fintech company at the forefront of revolutionizing the trading and investing landscape. We're expanding into the Latin American market and seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive growth initiatives in the region.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing for Latin America, you'll be pivotal in establishing our client's brand and accelerating its market presence throughout the region. Initially, you'll manage campaigns hands-on, collaborating closely with freelancers and agencies. As our presence grows, you'll transition to building and leading a local marketing team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the agility to adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Latin American market, aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage campaigns hands-on initially, working closely with freelancers and external agencies.
  • Strategically allocate budgets for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a local marketing team as business scales.
  • Adapt global initiatives to fit local market nuances and preferences.
  • Cultivate relationships with local media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
What do you have to Offer?
  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in fintech or financial services, with 3-5 years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Latin American market, particularly Chile.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Experience with in-house teams and external agencies/freelancers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
