A leading affiliate and lead generation company within the iGaming and finance industries is seeking a driven, strategic leader to spearhead its SEO strategy. The focus is on delivering exceptional performance in organic search across multiple geographies and verticals.

As Head of SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that attract high-quality traffic and convert it into leads for partners. You’ll also lead and mentor a talented team of SEO specialists and product owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a robust content strategy to drive significant traffic growth, particularly through general organic search, with an emphasis on lead generation;
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SEO specialists and product owners;
• Ensure all digital assets are fully optimized for maximum search visibility;
• Keep abreast of SEO trends and search engine developments, incorporate necessary changes to maintain growth momentum;
• Partner with SEO, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives;
• Continuously analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance traffic and lead generation outcomes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Demonstrated success in building and managing SEO teams with a results-driven, collaborative culture;
• Expertise in content, technical, and off-page SEO;
• Proven ability to execute SEO strategies that yield measurable traffic and business growth;
• Understanding of affiliate models and how to drive conversions through optimized content;
• Comfortable working with data to guide decision-making and strategy refinement;
• Prior experience in the iGaming sector is essential.
