Responsibilities:- Management of operations;
- Identification and analysis of risks;
- Determination of premium rates;
- Claims management & investigations;
- Management of actuarial reviews;
- Policy administration and review;
- Re-insurance;
- Review of financial information including management accounts;
- Commission and brokerage fees administration;
- Management of insurance data for reports;
- Administration and liaison with insurance premium tax compliance service providers;
- Premium collection, Re-insurance premium collection and payments;
- Creation and modification of procedures and documents related to policies.
Experience and Qualifications- Broad captive and general insurance background;
- Proven leadership skills and people management experience;
Willing to travel, initially for training and ultimately for operational business reasons
